You can also download a copy of our application form, however, all applications must be submitted electronically at this location. We strongly encourage you to get in touch with a member of our Grants Team to discuss the specifics of your project prior to commencing your application.

What problem is your project solving, which Impact Area(s) is it addressing and why? How will it be delivered? (Include your aims/expected outcomes, is it a new/existing project, who will benefit). Why should we should fund your project? (word limit: 700)
When will the project take place?
Please outline the expected start and finish date. Note: Successful applicants will receive funding by June 30, 2021. Projects must commence within 3 months of the allocation of funds, with grants acquitted within 11 months of receipt of funds.
What are your main objectives? *
Please list at least three (3), and up to six (6), measurable objectives that will guide your project outcomes, e.g. build a network of 35 farmers to engage in native revegetation, plant 200 trees, launch a campaign that engages 500 people in positive behaviour change.
Please note: The objectives you set will be used to track the outcomes of your project. If you are successful in securing a grant, we will also work with you to identify additional measurement indicators that will help us to track impact and key themes across all of our funded projects.
How will you measure and evaluate your program?*

Your project will be looked upon more favourably if you have already established relationships with those you wish to collaborate with i.e. schools, community groups/members. Being a place-based local Grants Program, our Grants Team has established many positive relationships in your region. Beyond simply granting money we hope to support increased collaboration and knowledge-sharing. If there are any groups, schools, councils etc., you wish you had better engagement with, who may be beneficial to the success of your project or who may benefit from your project, please provide detail here.
