Co-Founder of Sustainable Table, Cassie Duncan, is an exceptional public speaker and has honed her skills through years of representing Sustainable Table at functions and through her hobby as a marriage celebrant. She is particularly adept at presenting on hard-hitting topics, yet in a compassionate and practical way so that attendees can leave with newfound skills and ideas to adapt into their everyday lives.
Cassie is available to present at a wide range of events and venues including council and community events, schools, dinners and corporate functions. She will always tailor her presentations around topics that are of specific interest to you and your stakeholders.

Give a Fork! Workplace Lunches + Dinners.
Bring ‘MasterChef’ to your workplace with our Give a Fork! corporate engagement program, a joint initiative from Sustainable Table and our friends at Pot & Pan Culinary Tailoring, Sam and Celeste Gant (you might remember Sam from the 2014 MasterChef series).
We believe that the best way to encourage people to buy into a more sustainable food system is to lead by example and present them with a menu that is too damn delicious to ignore. That’s why we’re offering three dining packages designed to be shared amongst colleagues. All ingredients are from organic and small-scale, local producers and the dining experience will be complemented with an engaging and educational presentation from the Sustainable Table team. Staff will receive a FREE CLEVER COOK eBOOK following the event to help them embrace a more sustainable lifestyle at home.

Marketing + Communications Consulting.
We provide specialist Marketing and Communications consulting services to groups working in the sustainable food space. Work we engage in includes strategic marketing plans, website content copywriting, website building, social media support and community engagement tools such as eBooks and brochures.
We specialise in delivering complex ideas and topics in an easy-to-understand and digestible format as well as facilitating teams to develop a clearer picture of where they want to get to and how.
This collaborative approach to our work is key to building a resilient local food system based on clear communication and interconnections between growers, suppliers and eaters.
City of Melbourne
We developed a sustainable food information tool for the City of Melbourne called We Need to Talk About Food, which provides information about the food system in Australia as well as a range of useful resources to help people participate in a fair, sustainable food future.

South East Food Hub
The South East Food Hub was established as a pilot project to test the feasibility of a food delivery model that focuses on local people receiving local produce.
This region was specifically chosen because it is an under-represented area of Victoria both in terms of customer access to fresh food and easy access to market for its’ producers.
Sustainable Table developed a strategic marketing plan for the South East Food Hub, as well as a new website and suite of marketing collateral.
Cassie Duncan, co-founder of Sustainable Table, is a subject matter expert on a range of issues pertaining to the food system and zero waste living. She has been commissioned to write a number of print articles and blog posts on topics such as Sustainable Seafood, Ethical Entertaining, Green Cleaning, Living Waste Free and How to Create a Sustainable Table at Home.
